A year marked by high temperatures during the August evenings, which caused a fast ripening of the varieties with a short cycle, and lead to a high alcoholic strength and an early ripening. However, the temperatures dropped in mid-September, and the grape harvest was delayed… allowing an excellent ripening of the long-cycle varieties.

It is undoubtedly one of the best vintages in recent years.
