This wine is the result of a desire, of an intuition. Faithful to the path of recovering part of our history, of our tradition, we wanted to make a Mediterranean white wine from local varieties: Garnatxa Blanca, Macabeu (Viura) and Cartoixà (Xarel·lo). Voluptuousness, elegance, and rightness… Big words.

It was fermented in wood, with non-selected yeasts which were responsible for an alcoholic fermentation which lasted for… 10 months! A great Mediterranean white wine for ageing.
