Venus la Universal collaborates with them to help them with their project and, in return, we rent one of their highest fields. The parcel of \u201cGuix\u00e0\u201d has white clay and limestone soil and it is at 600m high. The altitude and the soil makes a very fine grenache with less structure and a very pronounce acidity. The field is coronate by an enormous water reserve from the irrigation community. Thanks to Lily Brick, its concrete wall is now a rural art of infinity beauty. A Venus with penetrating eyes who invites you to reflection, pause, dialog with nature and wine. A Venus who will be on the bottle in the form of a label<\/p>\n
Grapes ferment in 500l open barrels. It is macerating for a long time, 30\/35 days but with few crushed to preserve fresher and elegancy of the grenache from the high. After two fermentations we put the wine into a foudre of 2500 l. for 18 months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
