Venus Deveses is 100% Garnacha (50 to 80 years old) from a farm located in the triangle between Falset, Bellmunt and Mar\u00e7\u00e0. It is a very warm part of the DO Montsant and with calcareous soil.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Venus specials are the result of\u00a0learning\u00a0limits of each of the farms in Venus. We\u00a0like\u00a0to know the potential of the grape seeking its maximum expression. At first, the specials were not intended for the market but due to their evolution and the unexpected result obtained, we wanted to share them with some friends.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Grapes are harvested, selected, destemmed and vinified separately. It ferments with native yeast, with slight\u00a0pigeage<\/span><\/em>\u00a0during fermentation and maceration that lasts between 28 and 32 days.
